APAC Sales Enablement Lead

At Anaplan, we are looking for SALES ENABLEMENT to join one of the fastest growing cloud vendors in our SINGAPORE office and make their mark on the industry. 

Anaplan is changing the way companies plan and this isn’t Sales Enablement as usual. We’re looking for team members who can’t sit still and are always thinking around the corner. You bring your experience steering large-scale, complex consulting engagements and we’ll bring our world-class platform and fast-paced, agile methodology.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinate with sales leadership and executive management to define sales support initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Create or approve written content to educate sales team and advance deals with development of use case studies, competitive information, persona understanding, product collateral, and custom work.
  • Train sales team on best use of sales enablement materials, tools, onboarding and product updates
  • Field ad hoc content and support requests from sales team.
  • Assist on sales calls and demos as needed.
  • Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.
  • Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices.
  • Conduct and report on results and surveys.
  • Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs.
  • Drive high standards and values for our enablement team and brand
  • Ability to lead and manage others for success and personal development.

More about you: 

  • Bachelor's degree;  Sales, business, and marketing majors preferred.
  • Experience in a sales or sales support role preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment. 
  • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Creative and strategic thinker.
  • Organized and efficient.
  • Time management processes.
