Anaplan is changing the way companies plan and this isn’t Customer Success as usual. We’re looking for team members who delight in the most detail-oriented and challenging puzzles. This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-achiever able interpret complex business challenges into solution designs for clients.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Data Integration Lead, your primary responsibility is to act as a trusted advisor in customer engagements on Data Integrations with immense focus on Customer Satisfaction, Repeatability and Strong collaboration within Anaplan and the partner ecosystem.

  • Work with new and existing customers to - understand importance of their business goals/objectives and quickly comprehend the unique requirements to develop effective solutions
  • Provide Data Integrations expertise and ensure successful customer deployments using repeatable solutions and faster value for customers
  • Build competence by developing methodology, best practices, blogs, demos, webinars, training and enablement
  • Ability to design not just an Anaplan solution but take into account the wider technology solution and ecosystem
  • Be proactive in learning new technologies to evaluate and recommend solutions and architecture including integration of AI/ML technology with other enterprise applications to solve the overall business problem
  • Ability to know adjunct technologies that support the Anaplan ecosystem
  • Ability to manage the client and partners to advise on the best way to translate their business process into Anaplan and ultimately be able to guide them to success using best practices and ensuring we make the customer successful
  • Managing numerous projects simultaneously
  • You’ll also be someone who can take a complex issue and break it down into simple, manageable steps or milestones
  • You’ll be able to take control of a situation

You’ll have:

  • A 4-year degree in computer science
  • Strong client facing skills and a successful track record of engagement management
  • Superb written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Results-oriented, motivated, self-starter

Technical knowledge

  • 10+ years of implementation experience with iPaaS tools such as Informatica, Boomi, and MuleSoft
  • Strong programming skills with either Python or R
  • Expertise on use of Import/Export APIs with Anaplan
  • Be able to advise an IT team on the Integration Best Practices
  • Deep understanding of the Anaplan Architecture
  • Ability to be the point of contact for our support, product management and solve customer issues
