We’re looking for a DIRECTOR OF HR OPERATIONS to ensure that we are delivering an amazing experience at every touchpoint during the employee lifecycle. Through programs, process, and systems you will deliver a personalization at scale for Anaplanners everywhere.

At Anaplan, we’re on a journey to change the way work happens, and as the Director of HR Operations, based in MINNEAPOLIS you will help us deliver on that promise internally by developing the best programs, processes, and systems to support our employees. What you’ll be doing:

  • Evolve Anaplan’s HR delivery model to enable HR partners, managers and employees so they have self-service with support;
  • Lead our growing HR Operations team to ensure a customer centric employee experience;
  • Oversee all HR Operations activities including on-boarding and off-boarding of employees, and other employee life-cycle related programs;
  • Create an HR infrastructure that scales across our existing footprint, and allows us to expand into new regions;
  • Help develop Anaplan’s HR technology roadmap, finding the best systems and tools to support our people programs and processes -we currently use Workday as our HRIS;
  • Implement process and technology efficiencies to ensure highly accurate, complaint and efficient HR practices
  • Drive compliance with local law and regulation (EEO, SOX, ERISA, GDPR, etc);
  • Develop communication tools and training focused on the end user that enable employee and manager self-service, including our intranet;
  • Build the foundation for a data-driven organization, ensuring accuracy;
  • Collaborate with payroll, finance, accounting, IT, legal, and other organizations throughout the business to ensure that our employees have a seamless experience.

 

More about you:

 

  • You are a builder at heart- you love to optimize programs and process;
  • You have 10+ years relevant experience managing HR systems, operations and functions at public companies;
  • A natural problem-solver, settling for good is never enough- you want to find the optimal solution;
  • Must have 3+ years experience designing and optimizing Workday HRMS
  • You adapt quickly to a changing environment, take a global view, and are data driven and tech savvy;
  • You are data-driven, you can think in charts and graphs, and data points;
  • Knowledge of SOX, privacy and other compliance protocols;
  • Proven track record of leading and building effective teams;
  • Experience in a global environment- you’ve navigated diverse regulatory environments and have the ability to think globally and act locally;
  • Collaborative by nature, you thrive when working cross-functionally, particularly across payroll, finance, accounting, and IT teams;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization, including distilling complex topics into digestible formats
  • A strong understanding of the HR technology space, and overall HR market trends;
  • A deep commitment to customer service and empathy.
