We’re looking for an amazing DIRECTOR COMPENSATION AND TOTAL REWARDS to design, our rewards strategy, evolve our programs, and lead our compensation and benefits team through our next phase of growth.
At Anaplan, we’re on a journey to change the way work happens, based in SAN FRANCISCO and as the Leader of Compensation and Total Rewards you will play a pivotal role in that transformation by using our platform to change the way we plan for and deliver rewards (cash compensation, equity, and benefits). This role is both hands-on and strategic: scaling our comp and benefits infrastructure; evolving our programs; and managing a world-class team. In this role you will be key to empowering leaders with data to drive people decisions, and counseling business and HR partners. On a daily basis, you will create dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data, and communicate your recommendations to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Partners, Finance, Legal and other business leaders.
