The Director, Marketing Communications is an integral leader in the Corporate Marketing organization to align programs and ensure consistency of message. S/He provides guidance, counsels, and advises a team of content marketers and program managers. And will own the key messages used in powerful content across multimedia channels that positions Anaplan as an innovative industry leader and a pioneer in Connected Planning.
The head of our Marketing Communications team is responsible for acquired, developed and curated content used across line-of-business and industry verticals programs. The ideal candidate will boast expertise in message development and have a track record of identifying the best topics, formats, and promotional techniques that support content-driven marketing programs.
You are a coach-player with experience in cultivating talent and managing internal and external content creators. The ideal candidate understands the demand generation process and the critical partnership between marketing communications and contact acquisition to marketing qualified lead (MQL). This role plays the connector across marketing programs from brand (PR, AR, Social) to demand and events.
We’re looking for someone really special who brings a mix of leadership, creativity, execution discipline, and accountability. This position reports to the VP of Corporate Marketing.
