Anaplan is currently seeking a Director, Sales Development, who will be responsible for leading and growing a team of sales development representatives and their team leaders.
This role is part of the Marketing organization and is important to the business. It includes accountability for building and maintaining repeatable revenue pipeline. It also requires management of a strong talent pipeline, and the ability to recruit, develop, inspire, and promote top talent.
Competencies centering on demand generation, lead qualification, lead generation, prospecting, social selling, inside sales, and leadership are imperative.
Your team must continuously infuse high-quality revenue opportunities into the pipeline and help enable the next phase of growth for Anaplan. A strong ability to drive, collaborate, and manage a wide range of go-to-market plays and initiatives is a must. You will be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and will be passionate about sales development.
You have built, scaled and led a demand generation/inside sales team for a software organization. You’re someone who’s not afraid to roll up your sleeves and be hands on and are equally adept at leading and developing a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate is a proven sales-oriented leader who is creative, innovative, highly energetic and inspired to build, coach and develop a world class organization.
