Executive Assistant

We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, EMEA. In this role, you will assist the key sales leaders in the company to drive and deliver our hyper-growth goals and key initiatives.

This is a highly strategic role and our ideal candidate is one who is analytical, process and detail-oriented. This person will work cross-functionally with numerous teams at Anaplan including marketing, sales operations, field leaders , customer success and others with the objective of enabling the Managing Director, EMEA and the Leadership Team to efficiently and effectively execute on the key imperatives plan and quarterly operating cadence with the respective teams.

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • High level of interaction with the Managing Director, EMEA and EMEA Leadership Team, and other executives
  • Maintain calendar which includes oversight and prioritization
  • Prepping for meetings both internal, external customer and partner meetings which may include: reading and editing material, meeting preparation for all attendees, follow up on action items and correspondence to all parties
  • Read and review all documents that are sent out for accuracy
  • Plan quarterly ops review meetings, manage agenda and scheduling of both internal and external activities for leadership team
  • Book travel, domestic and international
  • Submit Expenses
  • Support some field marketing & sales events
  • Handle special projects, including quarterly and annual objectives that are set by both leaders but need direction and supervision to drive to completion

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 7 years of related business experience
  • Business fluent in French and English
  • Software Savvy a must. Microsoft Office Suite, Mac OS, various SaaS solutions, time tracking and record keeping systems, databases, and more
  • Ability to multi-task and complete items based on hard deadlines
  • Key personality traits: flexible, resourceful, timely, polite, easy-going, sense of humor, independent, decision maker
  • Aware of the global DNA of our company and communicates well with people of many different cultures
  • Experience handling confidential material with the utmost discretion
  • Must possess a sense of urgency and prioritization
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment with the flexibility to adjust
  • Understands how to prioritize items based on importance
  • Excellent writing, speaking, and grammar skills required
  • Communications are clear, thorough, and specific, and you must follow through
  • Clear understanding of key players within the organizations we work with
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered
