Field Success Coordinator

At Anaplan we are looking for a Field Success Coordinator to join a new team based in our San Francisco office to manage and execute the functions of our strategic initiative and internal events. 

We’re not looking for average, we are looking for a high performing “rock-star” who can quickly ramp, diagnosis the current status, and support in-flight and new initiatives. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, exceptionally organized individual with experience managing complex projects with multiple, global stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Overall support for strategic initiative needs, contribute to program strategy, and execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments on initiatives.  Support new content, requirements, and collateral for programs/initiatives, enhance for existing or maintain established programs/initiatives as needed.
  • Build and monitor program/initiative internal communications and timelines in order to deliver on time.
  • Analyze program/initiative success and make real-time adjustments based on the ever-changing needs of Office of the CCO, other Anaplan Executives, and other influencers.
  • Manage the coordination and support logistics for internal events; Midyear training, Annual Field Kickoff and quarterly business reviews.  Development and execution of agenda, overall hotel and travel logistics and planning, tracking attendees, and create communications to the field of events.  
  • Perform administrative duties as well as standard project management, administrative tasks, and tracking.
  • As a new role, special assignments and other duties not specifically stated may also be assigned.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ year experience in Coordinator, Events Manager, or Project Manager Role
  • Must be a team player with a high sense of urgency.
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work in a dynamic environment
  • High attention to detail and ability to be flexible and pliable to a changing environment.
  • Proven success with written deliverables (project plans, word documents, collateral, internal communication, training materials, etc.)

  • Resourceful and organized, and able to develop a comprehensive project plan, and hold others to executing against it
  • Big pictured focused, cool and calm under pressure, and able to remain focused on driving results
  • Comfortable leading and giving direction to cross-functional teams
  • Creative, able to think outside the box
  • Laser-focused on execution – able to build the bridge from great ideas to well-executed programs
