HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: San Francisco
This position provides HR support to a number of areas within Anaplan. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and Sales, Marketing and G&A management on large scale and broad initiatives. The position serves as an advisor to the executives on human resource-related issues. The successful HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs while coordinating efforts across all business functions and other HRBP’s. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function and the business areas to deliver business advice relating to the best use of talent to executives that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The position includes international human resource responsibilities. The HRBP maintains a superior level of literacy regarding the business unit's financial position, its long-term strategic plans, how to leverage talent and its culture and competition.
