Integrated Campaigns Manager, Americas

At Anaplan, we are looking for a highly-motivated, results-driven Integrated Campaigns Marketing Manager for our Americas region to join our growing team of superstar global demand generation marketers. You will be joining a team that builds the awareness and generates the demand for the platform that is helping people and companies across the globe to improve their planning processes, make better-informed decisions, and optimize their business results.

This position, located at our vibrant hub in Minneapolis, MN, will focus on driving the demand and pipeline around our key lines of business – Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain through strategic persona-based integrated marketing campaigns. You will be strategizing, budgeting, executing and measuring multichannel marketing programs that support new customer acquisition as well as existing customer growth.  You will be driving cross-functional collaboration across the organization, working with various functions within Marketing, Sales, and Alliances to successfully develop, manage and measure these integrated marketing campaigns.

This role is an immediate full-time position. If you are a team player who is creative and analytical, ready to roll-up your sleeves on execution and develop strategy based on data-driven analysis, this role is for you.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating and managing complex persona based multi-channel campaigns from start to finish for our strategic audiences ultimately driving pipeline for our sales team – delivering on KPI’s aligned with top-level business goals. 
  • Being the liaison between the regional Americas marketing team and the demand center organization. Proactively listening for and aligning corporate and regional goals, determining best practices for creating persona based demand generation campaigns in those key regions. 
  • Creating comprehensive campaign briefs for every integrated campaign, and all the necessary collateral tied to the success of your marketing programs. This includes working alongside our product marketing and sales enablement teams on positioning and persona development and with key regional marketing stakeholders. 
  • Working with the global demand generation, brand, and content marketing team to develop and design campaign concepts. Ensuring buy-in across relevant global teams. 
  • Successfully managing multiple demand generation campaigns (targeting different audiences or initiatives) at the same time. Ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders and on-time execution. 
  • Measuring and reporting back on campaign performance – both high level and tactic based. Communication results with all stakeholders and manage recommendations for improvements based on performance. 
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships across marketing, sales, brand, design, program management, and product teams.

Required attributes and experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in demand generation with a proven track record of driving demand. Ideally experience working for a SaaS technology organization focused in the enterprise space, specializing in executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience aligning cross functionally with a business development/inside sales team. Owning the execution of all marketing programs through to a successful ‘handshake’ with the sales team
  • Proven results with demand generation programs, including demonstrated proficiency with multiple formats of demand generation, including but not limited to email, website, content marketing, and webinars
  • 4+ years of experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (preferably Marketo and
  • Proven experience with campaign management
  • Proven experience executing persona based campaigns
  • Exceptional writing and copy-editing skills (e.g. developing compelling/engaging campaign messaging, web copy, email copy, etc.)
  • Experience with webinar software (e.g. ON24, GoToWebinar, etc)
  • Experience with tracking closed-loop reporting/measurements for marketing campaigns
  • High standards of communication - both oral and written – and strong project management, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with and develop positive business relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
