Marketing at Anaplan is a group of passionate, seasoned and very dynamic marketing leaders responsible and accountable for driving the Anaplan brand and creating impactful digital marketing programs that deliver leads and pipeline across the Anaplan product family.
You will drive the optimization of field, digital, global marketing paid programs and tactics based on data by leveraging leading analytical capabilities. From identifying winning marketing strategies, optimizing the mix (paid, earned) based on attribution to shaping the overall digital model working closely with a team of data driven Marketing Pros. You will be responsible for the implementation of the analytical capabilities, their use, best practices.

• You should have a great balance of creativity, business acumen, and organizational skills to help take our field activities to the next level to exceed pipeline and revenue goals.• You have a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities, collaborate across functions and teams, continuously acquire new skills and apply the learnings, manage people, and give and receive constructive feedback• In collaboration with Sales teams, this position is responsible for driving top-of-the-funnel opportunities as well as mid-funnel pipeline acceleration via field activities such as: trade shows, partner events, webinars, lunch & learns, workshops, associations, executive round-tables, thought-leadership speaking engagements, etc.• You will own the supporting plan to manage and drive digital awareness and engagement through social media, landing pages, and email campaigns, delivering a comprehensive event strategy to reach our target audiences.• You will drive the cross-functional collaboration across the organisation, working with various functions within Marketing, Sales, and Alliances to successfully develop and execute upon the go to market strategy and promote our leadership position in the market.
