WORKPLACE SERVICES APAC LEAD & EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

We are looking for a talented individual who has experience doing everything from ordering office snacks to devising new ways to organize information, to performing basic technical support. What you'll be doing:
  • Front desk and office leader
  • Keeping a clean and inviting office environment
  • Greet guests and answer phone calls in a professional manner
  • Help the executives with their schedules
  • Basic IT support (need to clarify what kind of IT support they mean)
  • Procure and set up computers for new employees
  • Utilize MS Office to create documents and store in appropriate Web-based systems
  • Purchase office supplies and oversee office expenses
  • Keep the office clean and ensure that the kitchen is fully stocked throughout the week
  • Oversee travel arrangements for new/existing employees
  • Liaise with building management and handle facilities issues
  • Organize catered meals and other company-sponsored events
  • Administer incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain and track office management expenses and budgets
  • Maintain positive relationships with office and travel vendors
  • Procure bids for office services
  • Anything else assigned by the executives
  • Work on miscellaneous projects in HR, finance or operations

Requirements:
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in office administrative tasks
  • Experience managing a busy office and leading a team of office staff
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships within the office
  • Skilled in MS Office, file-sharing systems (we use Box) and other Web-based systems
  • Technical aptitude to solve basic desktop problems. Resourceful in searching Web for IT solutions.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
Personal Characteristics:
  • Ability to prioritize and work both independently and with groups
  • Can-do attitude and strive to do more for a growing team
  • A team player with a sense of humor
