At Anaplan, we are looking to hire a TRAINING and EVENTS MANAGER, based in YORK. Anaplan’s global Software Engineering team is growing rapidly - scaling to deliver an aggressive growth strategy in the form of accelerated delivery, increasingly demanding roadmap and a re-architecting of the Platform.
Distributed by design, Engineering covers three locations today (York, London & San Francisco) plus several satellite teams. We have 200+ Technology staff globally, comprising at least 20 Engineering teams and expect to continue to grow at rapid pace.
We are therefore establishing a specialist function to focus on the ‘people engineering’ activities that are key to successfully scaling our development efforts, ensuring the sustainable long-term growth of our people and capabilities.
Whilst Program Management deliver process, monitoring and frameworks to support technical execution, this team will execute non-technical projects and initiatives that deliver seamless running of our development efforts, especially those related to the experience of our Engineers.
