Area Director of Solution Consulting

At Anaplan we are looking for a strategic and motivated AREA DIRECTOR OF SOLUTION CONSULTING to join our Presales team. As an Area Director, you will manage and grow the solutions consulting organization through hiring, leadership and enablement while serving as an integral member of the solutions consulting management team.  You will be responsible for growing a team of managers and individual contributors to collaboratively work towards achieving company targets.  You will oversee the performance and delivery in support to the sales organization within the region while contributing to the growth of the region and department.

While you may not be working in the hustle and bustle of one of our main offices, at Anaplan, we are dedicated to making sure all of our employees Even though you will be working remotely, we make it a point to use our conference calling technology to video chat with colleagues so that you always feel connected. Our culture team are continually looking to provide new ways for our remote workers to participate in company-wide events.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Participating in organizational planning while creating and executing a territory vision that aligns with the Presales organization as well as Anaplan’s overall strategy.
  • Formulate regional objectives and territory actions to meet objectives and KPI’s
  • Develop high performance contributors while also managing professional development and career opportunities.
  • Build succession planning for the position to define and meet and/or exceed client engagement standards.
  • Support sales by proactively delivering presales solutions to prospective and current clients.

You have:

  • At least 7 years of Solution Consulting management experience or Management consulting in a technology focused firm
  • Experience with Enterprise Performance Management consulting
  • An ability to both lead and execute
  • Experience in managing project, domain or industry vertical team
