Sales Development Representative - MN

Anaplan is looking for driven, hungry, competitive sales professionals who thrive in ever changing and growing situations.  If that sounds like you, Anaplan could be a great fit!

What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you will market the Anaplan platform to enterprise accounts around the world. You will work with a team of seasoned marketing and sales professionals to generate leads, qualify opportunities and schedule introductory conversations and demonstrations for the direct sales force.

  • Generate interest through outbound cold-calling and calling on marketing-generated and inbound leads
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales objectives
  • Demonstrate the ability to quickly share Anaplan’s value proposition with prospects
  • Work with field sales to develop and execute Account Based Sales Development strategies targeting the right person at the right time, with the right message.
  • Provide weekly accurate approved meeting forecasts to the sales organization and executive management

More about you:

  • Consistent history of meeting and exceeding Sales Development objectives
  • 1+ years inside sales software experience, preferably at an enterprise software company selling SaaS / Cloud applications
  • Experience calling into Fortune 1000 accounts at CXO level
  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, ingenuity, commitment, collaboration and professionalism
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Commitment to constant professional development and improvement
  • Entrepreneurial spirt and ability to work in an often ambiguous environment
  • Discipline to maintain high call volumes
  • Bachelor’s Degree
