Anaplan is looking for a highly driven and dynamic SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER to help run the day-to-day operations of our North Americas business. This includes sales analytics and working with our sales leaders on territories or QBR preparation. This is a unique opportunity to become deeply involved with Anaplan’s Go-to-market strategy and execution structures, and work with a diverse set of teams on our critical business targets (GTM Ops, Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Systems).
The ideal candidate is a detail oriented self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced organization with people from all levels of the company. You should have working knowledge of deal cycles, complex software deal structures as well as experience with SaaS and commonly used SaaS metrics. You are incredibly organized, analytical and quality-minded. You are committed to continuous improvement and will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. You are a true team player. You operate without politics and with the highest ethical standards.
The position will be based in our New York office reporting to the Director of Americas Sales Operations.
