We’re currently looking for a Senior Engineering Site Lead to oversee our San Francisco development teams, focused on delivering a range of platform tracks including Cloud and Security.

YOU HAVE:

  • A true passion for engineering
  • A proven track record of inspiring and motivating people throughout their career to deliver great software.
  • Grown teams in the past and you’re able to hire smart, passionate and delivery focused team members who represent our culture.
  • An ability to help shape the organization over time, working with other Directors across the globe ensuring we are growing in a scalable way.
  • An ease at communicating at all levels including up to Board/Executive members ensuring that you are aligned to the Engineering vision at all times.
  • A strength in working with peers to define the future direction of how we build, including resolving dependencies, prioritization, resourcing conflicts and technical challenges.
  • The ability to coach and collaborate inside and outside the team - you enjoy working closely with others, teaching and learning and are comfortable showing off your work.
  • A strong background in online/web/SaaS applications or highly multi-user systems at enterprise scale and with high requirements for security, consistency, availability and responsiveness. Of particular interest is experience in planning systems or online analytical processing.
  • Understands Quality, and how to build complex systems that scale and are highly tested
