Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Location: London, UK

At Anaplan, we are looking for a highly-motivated Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our global digital marketing team. This role provides an opportunity to be a key contributor to the continued growth of a sophisticated digital marketing engine for a platform with 100% year-over-year growth that is addressing a $100B/year market.

You should have strong experience across multiple digital channels, while collaborating with different internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective analysis and growth. While this role will be involved in all facets of digital marketing, you should be especially proficient in SEO, PPC, CRO (conversion rate optimisation), and have a strong background in B2B analytics.

You should also be someone who has a strong attention to the finer details, is passionate about operational efficiencies and creating process. You are a team player whose mind-set is to help enable the people around you, and who is committed to finding the best solutions to challenges that arise.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Work closely with both the Director of Digital Marketing and EMEA demand generation leadership, to drive digital marketing performance through best-in-class implementation and strategic growth across all global websites and digital programs (SEM, SEO, display, mobile, video, social).
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform A/B and multivariate testing
  • Develop a systematic CRO testing process
  • Manage on-page and off-page SEO optimisations across all global sites in multiple-languages
  • Create innovative ways to drive organic traffic growth
  • Manage requests from cross-functional teams for launching new initiatives, updates to existing campaigns, and reporting on results.
  • Collaborate with our digital marketing agency (managing paid advertising) to ensure they have all assets, data and other information necessary to effectively execute our strategies
  • Leverage data within Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, and Anaplan itself to identify and report out on key trends

What Experience You’ll Need

  • Extensive experience creating localised digital strategies in non-English, B2B SaaS/technology markets.
  • Strong background in SEO, analytics and conversion rate optimization required.
  • Experience with paid advertising (PPC & display) required.
  • Strong analytics background, data driven, you love digging into the numbers and trends and translating them to actionable items which support the Anaplan growth strategies.
  • Project management skills; highly organized, process driven, you see inefficiencies and get satisfaction out of making changes for scalable processes.
  • Expertise with Salesforce, Marketo (or a marketing automation system), and Google AdWords and Analytics - required
  • Ability to leverage and merge data from various advertising channels, Google Analytics, marketing automation and Salesforce
  • Ability to work with a global team, managing input from, and working with, teams around the world.
  • Experience with execution and analysis of ABM campaigns
  • Experience in, and a high comfort level with, a fast paced and deadline-driven culture
