We are looking to hire a HRIS Sr Systems Administrator into our growing Business Applications team. In this role, you will be key in building our company and deliver growth and scale for hyper-growth goals.

 

The Sr. IT Business Analyst has global responsibility for the operational aspects of the Company’s HRIS infrastructure, and is a subject matter expert on the Workday HRIS system and processes.

 

You will be key in building the right infrastructure DNA for Anaplan while ensuring our hyper-growth is delivered. You will partner with other business leaders to develop people growth strategies in alignment with Anaplan’s strategic goals.

What you’ll be doing:

The Sr. IT Business Analyst is responsible day to day production support including, data integrity, reporting, BP configuration, security, ad hoc projects and training. The Sr. IT Business Analyst will work with all levels of the organization.

 

  • Ensure HR Information System data confidentiality is maintained
  • Ensure proper maintenance of system data, business processes, supervisory organizations, security (role and user-based) and system interfaces.
  • Assist with ensuring proper flow of HR-related information into and out of HR Information Systems.
  • Design technical solutions including integration of WorkDay with other HR systems and business applications like Anaplan, Okta etc.
  • Enter and control data from confidential employee records into Workday. This includes mass uploads (EIBs).
  • Review source documents for accuracy and completion of data input, verify output, and continuously audit the HR and Payroll databases for data integrity and continuity.
  • Generate and distribute a variety of reports and statistical summaries regarding employee skills, pay, data, and related information.
  • Serve as liaison with the HR Information System providers on technical matters and equipment/system maintenance.
  • Provide training for system users as needed. This may include leading individual and group training sessions and arranging for classroom and web-based training.
  • Assist with system questions, problem resolution, and organizational communications.
  • Create test scenarios and assist in performing tests to insure all processes work according to predetermined goals
  • Maintain familiarity with all computer systems used in the HR department, utilizing them as needed, evaluating their effectiveness, and making recommendations for improvements
  • Coordinate and oversee system upgrades and implementations.

 

More about you:

 

  • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources or related field.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in managing & administration of HRIS systems like Workday.
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills
  • Considerable knowledge of computer operations and computer systems analysis.
  • Considerable ability to follow complex oral and written instructions.
  • Working knowledge of and experience in utilizing and creating databases and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to make routine decisions in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees.
  • Ability to solve problems related to computer system software and operations.
  • Hands-on experience/certifications with Workday, GreenHouse, and/or ADP strongly preferred.
